Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Ovidiu Marza, a natural person. For privacy questions or requests, email ovidiu.marza@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
When you select “Send message”, we receive your name, email address, message, form language and any optional details you enter: phone, subject, model, materials and length. We use them to answer your enquiry and discuss a possible order.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract or, for general enquiries, our legitimate interest in answering messages.
Where your message goes and how long it stays
Your message is stored on our server in the site admin, accessible only to the administrator. Messages there are deleted automatically after 12 months. We also attempt to email the Craftsman through Resend, acting as a processor for sending. The email copy is kept as long as needed for the conversation or order.
Resend may process data outside the EU. Resend’s DPA provides standard contractual clauses for relevant transfers.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, object to processing and request portability, where applicable. Send your request to ovidiu.marza@gmail.com.
You also have the right to complain to ANSPDCP, the Romanian data protection authority.
Browsing and spam prevention
We do not use marketing cookies or tracking tools. Your theme preference stays in your browser’s localStorage under fdb-theme; the page URL determines the language. The form does not save personal data in browser storage. Spam prevention uses your IP address temporarily in server memory; messages in the site admin do not contain IP addresses.
If both storage and email fail, your text stays on the page so you can send it from your email app or copy it to the clipboard. Please include only the details needed for your enquiry.
